Neda Ismail Atar (b. 1981, Izmir, Turkey) lives and works in Izmir. The artist is graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Sculpture (2004). Atar completed his master degree (2007) and proficiency in art degree (2014) at the same department. Since 2006, Atar works as an academician at the same university.
